Fellowship in May

  • 3rd The return of a long-time friend of the Fellowship, Ian Bevan, who comes with tales of Theatre Royal, Drury Lane: ‘From Nell Gwyn to Willie Wonka’.
  • 10th Continuing the acting theme, Jonathan Fryer will speak about ’The Humorous Side of Being an Actor’.
  • 17th Neil Sadler returns, to explain ‘Gongoozling for Beginners: Life on the Canals’.
  • 24th ‘National Inventors’ Month: A Celebration of Human Ingenuity’ led by Sue Thomas.

(At the start of this session, there will be a short Annual General Meeting to introduce the Committee members, and to bring everyone up-to-date with what goes on behind the scenes to keep the group functioning. Please don’t be put off by the AGM, as it’s your opportunity to have your voice heard, and most of the afternoon will be about inventions.)
