wfOnce again, Mrs. Sandra Winter came to our first meeting of 2012 to ring in the New Year. As always, a most enjoyable occasion with the audience encouraged to take part with many different types of bells ( and many different types of result!!)

At our next get-together we went for something completely        different. We listened and watched with rapt attention as the  Ravenswood Women’s Drama Group enacted a Murder-Mystery in the Richmond Hall,   knowing that  all our powers of deduction would be needed to identify the murderer. Our ‘little grey cells’ did the trick and the murderer was named!  Hercule Poirot would have been proud and somewhat envious of us!

Our February meetings  are as follows:-

7th

“Working with the Homeless –The Thursday Night Soup Run” by Mrs Sandra Lilley

14th

Half Term– No Meeting

21st

Bill Tonkin shares his ‘Festival of Britain’ memorabilia with us.

28th

‘Birds of Parks, Gardens and Woodlands’ by Mr. John Beckham

All Ladies are welcome to our afternoon meetings on Tuesday at 2. 15 pm
